No Call-Out or Travel Costs for Emergency Services
Our engineers are GPS tracked so you will only be invoiced for the time spent at your property. To ensure we keep any unexpected costs as low as possible we aim to get you back up and running within the first hour or make safe and return to complete the work during normal working hours of 8 till 5.30pm.

- Special order items may require payment in advance or deposit
Q – Can we supply our own materials?
A- Yes as long as the products meet the specification and are on site ready to be installed on the day of the job. Any delays in materials arriving may be chargeable. Any warranty would be with the store you purchased them from and any replacement labour required would be chargeable.
Waste Removal
We are committed to the environment and are registered with the Environment Agency as upper tier waste carriers - registration CBDU573832. We handle waste and recycling in the appropriate manner governed by the environment agency. We will happily deal with all waste but unfortunately there is a cost associated with this as detailed below.

Alternatively, you can dispose of the waste, responsibly, free of charge at your local council
recycling centre.
Parking and congestion charges
Unfortunately, there are increasing parking and congestion charges. We need to ensure our vehicles are easily accessible. Please let us know at the time of accepting the quote/estimate if you have any parking restrictions including height and width.
Your quote will include an amount to cover these additional charges as set out below.

The quote you receive from us will be the amount you will be invoiced, there will be no hidden surprises.
Should you require any changes we will update our quote accordingly and re-send it to you for your acceptance.
Payment terms
On completion of the work we will email an invoice to you. Payment terms are ‘Payment on receipt of invoice’ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects such as re wires the following payment terms apply:
– 40% paid on acceptance of our quotation, prior to commencement of work
– 30% to be paid after first fix
– 30% plus any extras on completion
We accept payment by bank transfer and all major debit & credit cards (excluding American Express). Our bank account details for BACS payments can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
